We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the development and delivery of a coordinated and thorough online communication and marketing program that builds awareness and brand for our company and our clients. This position will encompass all aspects of communication and marketing specialties. In this role, your key duties will include:

  • Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for an entire organization
  • Experience with media buys with focus on ROI on money spent
  • Experience in Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and Mobile Marketing or any other paid advertising medium
  • Social Media Content Strategy: Facebook pages, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & Youtube
  • Creative ideas on marketing campaigns online and offline
  • Ensure tracking is implemented on all marketing material and then analyze and optimize campaign reports
  • Monitor marketing and promotional emails, company news articles, and press releases
  • Actively develop marketing initiatives and promotional materials
  • Market research of competitor marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Create content and manage the social media channels of the company
  • Setting goals for social media, including growth, reach, engagement, lead & conversion and monitoring progress
  • Create and implement a dynamic content strategy for the company’s social
  • Media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Blogs) to reach these goals and develop the company’s brand
  • Monitor the activity on social media platforms

Key Areas of Responsibility

To qualify for this role, you will need a diploma or certification(s) relevant to the position. Any experience is an asset, but not required. Additionally:

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Analytical and budget management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Willingness to multi-task and take many other related responsibilities
  • Team-player and able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Enthusiastic confident and dynamic personality
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to consistently and accurately complete work to a deadline
