Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Resolving technical support issues and escalating where appropriate to other team members
  • Providing remote support and on-site support
  • Following standard operating procedures as much as possible and helping create new procedures for newly identified resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of resolved issues and client information
  • Communicating tickets status and updates directly to clients
  • Providing technical support to the organization’s internal users of telecom applications and hardware
  • Participating in team and company meetings to help ensure the success of the team and organization
  • Working with management to layout a training plan to help move your career forward
  • Being willing to work flexible hours when required to meet client deadlines and participating in the rotating on-call schedule.


  • Highly comfortable in interacting with others, of varying personalities, on the phone and in-person
  • Adaptable and open to constant priority changes
  • Calm and collected disposition because there will be pressure and difficult situations
  • NEC and Panasonic certification are assets
  • VoIP knowledge an asset
  • Voice/Data cabling an asset
  • Willing and able to work regular office hours plus join rotating on-call schedule
  • Basic IT knowledge an asset (i.e. Routers, switches, networks)

Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience. Employment includes extended Employee Health Benefits Package and membership in our company profit-sharing plan.
